  • Air Way Bill management

    The system can follow the whole process of operations on AWB like entry-into warehouse, separated collection, bill return and cancel etc., set the early-warning information for bill amount, record abnormal accidents like bill abolishment, lose and damage etc. The user may have the knowledge of the stock of bill and the bill collection condition of any operation department or lower grade forwarder of the company at any time through the bill administration.

  • User management

    Since it is designed according to the exact organizational structure of a company, it can adapt to the organization and staff change of the company. From three aspects, the system defines the authority of user: the authority of menu operation, the authority of function operation and the authority of controlling range.

  • Customer management

    Assisting the marketing branch to make price and credit evaluation for customer through establishing customer record and investigating customer's contribution would improve the contentment and loyalty of shipper to a freight forwarder.
