The core processing and managing module of a station's business

This module is responsible for the operation and management of the airfreight business of an airport. It is the core of the overall application system, consisting of five subsystems:

• Application security control system――InfoSecurity

  InfoSecurity provides all member subsystems, including the data exchange platform system (InfoLink), authorization for user's application authority and user's authority examination to guarantee the information security of the overall application system and ensure that all operators cannot perform the business operation and management beyond the authorization of the company.

• Business and management system of cargo terminal――CFPS

  Being the core software system of the overall system, CFPS composes the most important data resources and generates large amounts of business and managerial data. It boasts comprehensive and abundant business processing performances that tally with the business traits of domestic/international freight of airport. Its functions include mainly the management of basic data, information publicized, customer, rate, exporting bill production, cargo space booking, flight, cargo matching for export, ULD, import, warehouse, cargo delivery, abnormal cargo, operation log and statistical analysis etc. Besides enabling the basic operator implementing standard operation with the system, it is also helpful for managerial staff to realize business supervision and statistical analysis through the system.

• Statistics and analysis system for freight operation――DSS

  DSS can implement statistic analysis with the business and managerial data produced by CFPS system. It serves for the middle and senior managerial staff of the cargo terminal. Being capable of statistical analysis of the operation condition of the cargo business from different views and levels, DSS enables the managerial staff having an accurate knowledge of the operating condition of the cargo business and provide powerful support for decision-making in the operation of freight business.

• Voice inquiry system through telephone――InfoTel

  InfoTel supports the customers of a station inquiring their cargo through telephone.

• Cargo tracking and information publication system――InfoPub

  InfoPub supports the customer of a station performing whole-process tracking of their cargo through modern tools like Internet, Email and short message of mobile phones.

The data exchange interface platform
The system used in the data exchange interface platform is the data exchange platform system-Infolink. It is responsible for implementing the data exchange between the airfreight processing system of the cargo terminal and other information systems and physical network interfaces and realizing the application openness of the system, integrating the internal information system to the larger domestic and even global air logistic system and combining the internal information systems.
Being a universal data exchange platform, Infolink can support all common network connection and data format exchange existing in domestic air logistics filed through pluggable unit. At present, it supports a large variety of connecting approaches like SITA message interface, AFTN message interface, central interface of EDI, internal LAN connection, Internet connection and mobile network connection etc. and supports many types of transmission format of data including the automatic organization and resolution of IATA message format, the data transmission format of EDI and XML format etc.
